At Joshi Bandhu Ambewale, we take pride in delivering naturally ripened, authentic Devgad Hapus mangoes to your doorstep. We ensure the highest quality standards in our packaging and delivery process. However, if you face any issues with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.
- Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Spoiled Mangoes: If the mangoes are received in a damaged, spoiled, or excessively overripe condition.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a different variety or quantity than what was ordered.
- Local Deliveries (Within Pune and PCMC Area)
- If you find any damaged, spoiled, or incorrect mangoes in your order, please inform us within 4 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and videos of the affected mangoes via WhatsApp or Email to initiate a claim.
- Depending on the issue, we will offer either:
- A replacement in the next available delivery.
- A partial refund for the damaged quantity.
- Out-of-Station Deliveries (Maharashtra and Rest of India)
- Since mangoes are perishable, please check your order immediately upon delivery.
- Any issues with damage, spoilage, or incorrect items must be reported within 6 hours of receiving the package.
- Provide photos/videos as proof via WhatsApp or Email.
- If the issue is verified, we will offer:
- Partial refund (as full returns are not feasible due to the perishable nature).
- Replacement (subject to availability and shipping feasibility).
- Important Points to Note
- We do not accept returns if the mangoes were stored improperly after delivery.
- Variations in size, shape, or slight ripeness differences are natural and do not qualify for refunds.
- Returns or refunds are not applicable for minor handling damage that does not affect the fruit quality.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is undelivered or lost in transit.
